SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing:

 

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times:

Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly.

Shipping Rates:

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost.

International Shipping:

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

 

 


RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your scrubs! If you’re not satisfied with your order, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Returns are only accepted with a valid order number and proof of purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@lotusmedwear.com with your order number and reason for return.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@lotusmedwear.com, and we’ll make it right.
